The FUNGATERIA project officially begins

Today - 1st November 2022 - marks the official start of the Fungateria project!

Over the next 4 years, we will investigate the development of novel Engineered Living Materials (ELMs) using a co-culitvation approach combining fungi and bacteria.

Funded by the EIC Pathfinder instrument, the project will also contribute to the EIC's ELM Portfolio initiative in which all seven projects funded under the HORIZON-EIC-2021-PATHFINDERCHALLENGES-01 call will participate in activities aimed at addressing common challenges, amplifying impact and catalysing opportunities.
